Yoga nidra (yogi sleep) experienced during savasana (corpse pose) is extremely beneficial for you. 15 minutes of yoga nidra is equal to 1 hour of sleep.  Savasana is a key pose that lets you integrate the yoga benefits into your body at the end of class.
